Sucker rod include varies type of rod which used in different well. 

1.Polish Rod:

Polish rod is a kind of special sucker rod connected with sucker rod and beam hanger.it is at the top of sucker rod, need to bear the most strength, so with bigger diameter and higher steel grade than sucker rod, and the surface is very smooth.

There are mainly two types of polished rods produced by our company, one is ordinary APl standard polished rod, and the other is spray-welded polished rod:

Spray-metal Polished Rod has good mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance, the rods are sprayed with nickel powder as perAP1 118 requirement by advanced overall spray process, which can assure the coating is combined with base material firmly. it can effectively avoid the coating peeling problem caused by friction between polished rod and stuffing box. Rod surface is polished to achieve roughness Ra0.8.

2.Sinker Bar 

Sinker Bar used for the counterweight of the sucker rod column in the down hole operation to improve the stress condition of the sucker rod, prevent eccentric between pipe and rod , and prolong the service life of sucker rod. corrosion well conditions use K / KD grade, the work temperature should be lower than 350 ℃C.

Structure and Features

1.Sinker bar is manufactured with senior ally steel, with quenching and tempering treatment.

2.Sinker bars are connected with spray metal coupling, it reduce wear of tubing, and lower the load of pumping unit and lower the load of pumping unit.

3.PCP Drive Rod/Torque Rod

PCP special drive rod designed for PCP well, it is suitable for oil extraction in general or slightly corroded PCP well, include HY (Taper thread)PCP Drive Rod and HY Plug-in connection PCP Drive Rod.

PCP drive rods are available in 25ft/26f/30 ft. Pony Rods are available in 2, 4, 6, 8,10 and 12 ft.

4.Hollow Sucker Rod

Our hollow sucker rod use the upseting fiction welding process at both ends, the internal surface use nano-titanium anti-corrosion coating or Ni-P plating anti-corrosion coating, after upsetting the welding area is 2.6 times than the normal hollow sucker rod, the anti-corrosion performance is excellent.

Hollow Sucker Rod is especially suitable for heavy oil wells, sand well and wells which need continuous medium injection.
