API 5CT Oil Tubing basically means a tube running inside casing and serves as a channel through which oil and gas is produced. It must be adequately strong enough to resist loads and deformations associated with production and workovers. It should also be sized to support the expected rates of production of oil and gas. If the tube is too small, it would restrict production and subsequent economic performance of the well. If too large, however, it will have an economic impact beyond the cost of the tubing string itself, because the tubing size will influence the overall casing design of the well.

API 5CT Oil Tubing coupling Color
In order to difference API 5CT Oil Tubing for different material, during production stage, each factroy will use API 5CT tubing couplings are color-coded for quick identification of steel grades. this will help we orginzed material when seeing coulping. In normal project, green for J55, red for N80, red with brown band for L80, and white for P110, K55 is most popular used material. these color marking ensures easy recognition and prevents material mix-up in oilfield operations.Some items, We will painting full body of pipe, Sometime,we only painting end of pipe. this will depend on customer request

Inspection before shiping
1.Inspector will do Visual inspection for pipe surface and Size checking
2. NDT test,this is one of most important step before delivery, NTD test including Magnetic particle, Ultrasonic Test, Hydrostatic Test. and this is API 5CT standard request.
3.Chemical analysis and Mechanical test on Charpy impact test,tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. This is vital point and test report submit to customer get approval of shiping.
4.In order to ensure the pipe could connect sucessfully, we will do Thread ends check with thread gauge and coupling check before package
