Introduction
310S heat resistant stainless steel plate (also known as 310S high temperature stainless steel plate or 310S austenitic stainless steel plate) is a chromium nickel stainless steel plate (25% Cr, 20% Ni) designed for continuous service up to 1150°C.
As a 310S oxidation resistant stainless steel, it exhibits exceptional high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance in cyclic and elevated temperature environments. Manufactured to international standards including ASTM A240 Type 310S stainless steel plate, UNS S31008 stainless steel plate, EN 1.4845 stainless steel plate, and JIS SUS310S stainless steel plate, this heat resistant material is the preferred choice for high temperature furnace components, heat treatment equipment, boilers, kilns, petrochemical industry furnaces, and various high temperature equipment where 304/316 grades fail due to scaling or creep.

Applications
(1)Industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment – ASTM A240 310S heat resistant stainless steel plate (high chromium 24-26% and nickel 19-22%) withstands continuous service up to 1100°C, used for furnace linings, radiant tubes, and conveyor belts with excellent oxidation resistance.
