254 SMO super austenitic stainless steel (high molybdenum, high alloy) is a 254 SMO corrosion resistant stainless steel with an exceptionally high PREN value (42–45). It delivers excellent pitting resistancecrevice corrosion resistance, and outstanding chloride corrosion resistance for seawater service.
