Introduction

A stainless steel equal angle or stainless steel unequal angle is a stainless steel structural angle produced as a corrosion resistant stainless steel angle via hot rolled stainless steel angle or cold‑forming. Two primary configurations are available: equal stainless steel angle (both legs identical length) and unequal stainless steel angle (legs of different lengths), both supplied as L shape stainless steel angle. Common material grades include 304 stainless steel angle, 316 stainless steel angle, 316L stainless steel angle bar, and duplex stainless steel angle. These profiles offer high strength, excellent weldability, and good corrosion resistance for structural and architectural applications.

Applications

(1)Construction – Stainless steel angle for building frames, support brackets, door frames, and window trims provides load‑bearing capacity and long‑term durability without painting, with 304 grade for general interior use.

(2)Structural support – Stainless steel equal angle for equipment skids, platform walkways, conveyor supports, and machinery bases offers high rigidity and weldability, with 316L grade for chemical or marine environments.

(3Industrial shelving – Stainless steel unequal angle for storage racks, pallet racks, and workbenches combines strength with space‑efficient design, resisting corrosion in warehouses and food processing plants.

(4)Marine – Stainless steel angle for boat building, dock rails, offshore platform handrails, and ship interior fittings resists saltwater corrosion, with duplex or 316L grades preferred for splash zone service.

(5)Architectural – Stainless steel L shape angle for curtain wall supports, stair stringers, balcony railings, and decorative trims provides a clean aesthetic and corrosion resistance, often polished to a No.4 or mirror finish.
