Introduction
GH1131(GH113) alloy is a high-temperature alloy solid-solution strengthened with W, Mo, Nb, and N elements. The nickel content is 28%. It is one of the highest-temperature alloys with the lowest nickel content currently. The main features of this alloy are high thermal strength and good process performance.
GH1131 is mainly used as high-temperature components in rocket engines.In aero engines, components such as the afterburner adjustable nozzle housing and adjusting piece have been made and put into production. Compared with nickel-based alloys of similar uses, the alloy's high-temperature oxidation resistance and structural stability are poor. After long-term use at 700 to 900°C, room temperature plasticity decreases and formability becomes worse.
