We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of a special order of Alloy 59 nickel alloy thin strip to our overseas customer.

For this project, the customer required ASTM 575 UNS N06059 Precision Strip with a thickness of only 0.15 mm and a width of 240 mm, with a total quantity of 400 kg. In addition to the dimensional requirements, the customer also placed a strict requirement on the material's mechanical properties, specifying that the elongation must not be less than 45%.

Producing ultra-thin nickel alloy strip with a combination of precise thickness control and high elongation performance requires careful control throughout the manufacturing process. From raw material selection and rolling to heat treatment and final inspection, every production step must be carefully managed to ensure the material meets the customer's specifications.

After strict production and quality control, the Alloy 59 strip successfully achieved the required performance.

We courier samples to Third party agent lab to do Tensile strength /Yeild strength ,elongation test as per request and Test result are meet standard and customer needs.  and it was delivered to the customer as scheduled.

This successful delivery once again demonstrates our ability to supply super nickel alloy materials according to customized requirements, including special dimensions and demanding mechanical properties.
