Titanium rod is a solid bar made of industrial pure titanium and titanium alloy through forging, rolling, extrusion, and drawing. It is a raw material for titanium processing parts, titanium flanges, titanium fasteners, and titanium equipment accessories. It has high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy cutting processing, and is used in fields such as chemical engineering, aviation, new energy, and machinery manufacturing.

1、 Common material grades

TA1 and TA2 pure titanium rods

Good plasticity, excellent welding performance, strong corrosion resistance, moderate hardness and easy processing, commonly used in chemical components, flanges, bolts, and electroplating equipment accessories.

TA10 Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Rod

Resistant to hydrochloric acid, wet chlorine gas, and hypochlorous acid, mainly used for highly corrosive components in the chlor alkali industry.

TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy rod

High strength, high temperature resistance, good toughness, can be strengthened by heat treatment, used for aviation structural components, high-pressure fasteners, and mechanical shafts.

TA15, TC11 and other high-temperature titanium alloy rods

Excellent high temperature resistance, commonly used in aerospace and high-temperature equipment components.

Length: Regular 1000-6000mm, can be cut to length

Surface morphology:

Hot rolled rod: surface oxide scale, average tolerance, affordable price, used for rough machined parts

Polishing rod (precision grinding rod): car polishing, centerless grinding, smooth surface, precise tolerance, directly used for precision parts, shafts, fasteners

Cold drawn rod: high dimensional accuracy, bright surface, commonly used for small diameters

Strong corrosion resistance: does not rust in seawater, acid alkali, and chloride ion environments, superior to stainless steel

High specific strength: lightweight and strong, 40% lighter than steel

Non magnetic and non-toxic: non-magnetic, with good biocompatibility, suitable for precision instruments

Good high and low temperature performance: Not brittle at -200 ℃, stable strength within 400 ℃

Good machinability: can be turned, drilled, milled, forged, welded, suitable for making various mechanical parts
