When pipeline inspection, cleaning and maintenance, engineering need to use Pipeline pigs as their useful device.
For oil and gas projects, the signaller needs to be compatible with the pipeline configuration and suitable for the project site environmental and operating conditions.
There have carbon steel type and stainless steel type signaller, and For this project, Customer choose 316L stainless steel body,include strim and Flange and other components.
316L stainless steel is widely used in industrial and oil&gas applications,especially where corrosion resistance environment. 316L molybdenum content improved resistance to localized corrosion which better than 304 stainless steel
Customer site system is falnge pipeline system, so flange-type PIG Signaller allows our products could be integrated into the customer's existing system, providing a practical connection for installation and maintenance.Before confirming order, we provide details drawing for confirmation ,this was ensure our products could meet site requests.
