Introduction

15-5PH precipitation hardening stainless steel plate (also 15-5PH PH stainless steel plate, 15-5PH high strength stainless steel plate, 15-5PH martensitic stainless steel plate) is a heat treatable stainless steel that combines high strength and hardness with excellent toughness and good corrosion resistance. It is available in multiple heat treatment conditions including 15-5PH H900, 15-5PH H1025, and 15-5PH H1150, allowing engineers to tailor mechanical properties for specific applications. This grade offers dimensional stability during aging, making it ideal for high stress applications where precision and reliability are critical.

Application

(1) Aerospace – 15-5PH stainless steel plate for aerospace structural components, landing gear parts, and actuator housings provides high strength and hardness (up to H900) while maintaining excellent toughness and fatigue resistance under cyclic loading.
